Q: Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your package in real-time.

1. What discounts are available right now?
We currently offer the following promotions:
– Automatically applied on orders $60.35 and up (no code needed).
– Free shipping on orders $50.00+ (use code: FREESHIP50).

2. Can I use multiple discount codes at once?
Usually, only one discount can be used per order.
Exception: The PUMPER-COMBO bundle already includes both free shipping and 10% off, so you get the best of both in one deal.
3. How do automatic discounts work?
If your order totals $60.35 or more, you’ll get $4.42 off automatically at checkout—no code needed!
4. How do I use a discount code?
On the checkout page, enter your promo code in the “Discount code” field and click Apply.
5. What is the minimum spend for free shipping?
To qualify for free shipping, your order must be at least $50, and you must use the code FREESHIP50 at checkout.
6. I’m a new customer—do I get any special discount?
Absolutely! Use the code WELCOME10 at checkout to get 10% off your first order.
👉 This is limited to one use per customer.
7. Does the bundle (PUMPER-COMBO) include other discounts?
Yes! The PUMPER-COMBO bundle automatically includes:
- 10% off and
- Free Shipping
No code is needed—it’s built into the bundle.
8. What happens if I try to use more than one code?
Our system only allows one discount code per order. If you enter a new one, it will replace the previous.
9. Do discounts apply to all products?
Most do! The WELCOME10 and $4.42 automatic discount apply to regular-priced items.
Bundles like PUMPER-COMBO already have built-in discounts and don’t accept additional codes.
10. Do I need to do anything to get the automatic discount or bundle offer?
No action needed! As long as your cart qualifies, the discount or bundle benefits will be applied at checkout automatically.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns for most products within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Returns must be for items valued at $10 or more.
Q: How do I request a return?
Simply contact us through our support form with your order number and reason for return or send a email to repzonefit.com. Returns are only accepted after the item has been marked as delivered.
Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
We’ll provide a return label if your return is eligible. Please only use the official return label we issue. Unauthorized returns or packages sent with a different courier may be rejected.
Q: Are there any return limitations?
Yes. To prevent misuse:
30 days from delivery.
5% of your lifetime orders.
Q: When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected by the warehouse, we’ll process your refund. This typically takes 1–2 weeks after the item arrives back at the supplier’s facility. Refunds are credited back to your original payment method.
Q: What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
We’re here to help! Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or refund you depending on the situation.

1.What payment methods do you accept?At the moment, we accept payments securely through PayPal. You can use:
Your PayPal balance
Debit or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover) via PayPal checkout
Linked bank accounts
You don’t need a PayPal account to pay—just select “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” at the PayPal checkout screen.

3.Is it safe to pay through PayPal?Absolutely. PayPal is one of the most secure and trusted online payment processors. Your financial details are never shared with us, and all transactions are encrypted and protected.
4.Do you store my paymentinformation?
No, we do not store or have access to your card or PayPal account details. All payments are processed securely through PayPal’s platform.
5.Will I receive a payment confirmation?Yes! Once your payment is successful, you will receive:
An email confirmation from PayPal, and
An order confirmation from our store with all the details
6.Why was my payment declined?Your payment may be declined for a few reasons:
Insufficient funds
Incorrect card details
Card issuer blocked the transaction
Technical issues with PayPal
Try using a different card or contact your bank. You can also try again using a different device or browser.
7.Can I change my payment methodafter placing an order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, the payment method can’t be changed. If you need help, feel free to contact our support team.
8.Do you charge any extra fees for using PayPal?Nope! There are no additional fees for using PayPal. You’ll only pay for your order total as displayed at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
