International Shipping

10–20 business days (varies by destination).
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Return & Refund Policy

U.S. Returns

30 days from the delivery date.
Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Some health, hygiene, or wearable items may be non-returnable. Please check product-specific pages for exceptions.

 International Returns

30 days from the delivery date.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
